On July 9, 1984, the school was reorganized as Vocational Technical School no. 87, mun. Chisinau, by the Order of the State Committee for Technical Vocational Education no.70. Subsequently, in 1997, the school was reorganized into Polyvalent Vocational School no. 6, Chisinau municipality (Government Decision no. 795; Order of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports no. 338 of 01.09.1997). on 24.11.2003 the reorganization takes place through which the institution obtains the status of Vocational School no. 6, Chisinau municipality (Government Decision no. 1371; Order of the Ministry of Education no. 532 of 24.11.2003).
Vocational School no. 6 was registered by the State Registration Chamber of the Ministry of Information Development of the Republic of Moldova by the Decision on the registration of the enterprise (File no. 1007600007829 of 26.02.2007).
During the years 2005 - 2015 the following reorganizations of the institution took place:

By the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova no. 338, from 09.07.1997, the institution is reorganized into the Polyvalent Vocational School no. 5, where the institution conducts step-by-step training:
- stage I (lasting 2 years) ensuring professional training in a profession and general education studies at the level of the 10th grade of high school.

The Bălți Polytechnic College was established by the Decision of the Soviet of Ministers of the R.S.S.M no. 208 of May 13, 1964.
The Polytechnic College of 30.12.1991 was transferred from the Ministry of Shipbuilding Industry of the U.R.S.S. subordinated to the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Republic of Moldova, with its reorganization in the Polytechnic College of Bălți from 01.07.1992.
By the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova no. 148 from 02.03.1995 Bălți Polytechnic College is transmitted from the balance of the Ministry of Industry to the balance of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Moldova.
The Bălți Polytechnic College, on June 13, 2003, obtains the status of a specialized secondary education institution.
The Polytechnic College of Bălți in 2015 obtains the status of non-tertiary post-secondary and post-secondary technical vocational education institution levels IV and V ISCED.

The College ensures the training of specialized staff for the national economy in the field: electrical engineering, electronics and automation, mechanics and metal processing, information and communication technology.
The development of the institution focuses on changes and innovative approaches determined by the strategic orientations of the state, the trends of the evolution of the educational field, the European standards and the current scientific approaches. The Polytechnic College implements the Transferable Study Credits System, developed on the basis of the European Credit System for Vocational Training (ECVET), ”a student-centred system, which is based on the workload required by the student to achieve the objectives of the study program specified in terms of study purposes and expected competencies ”.
Admission to the College is organized based on high school studies with a duration of 4 years and based on high school and general education with a duration of 2 years.
The studies are completed with the passing of the Professional Baccalaureate and the qualification exam with the issuance of the diploma of technical professional studies through which the holder obtains the qualification of technician in the professional training program.
The college has trained about 11,200 specialists in the electronic training programs in the field of Electronics, starting with the first promotion, graduation 1968, until now.

Led Market was founded in 2004 and has grown with the development of new LED lighting technologies. We are pioneers in this field on the Moldovan market and have a vast experience in developing and manufacturing LED lighting products.
Products
Manufacturing LED lighting devices.
PCB production. Using SMT technology, we produce PCBs for all product categories. Power supply line production: household lighting, office lighting, commercial lighting, industrial lighting, decorative lighting, street lighting, plant grow lights. Research and development.
Types of production
• SMT process (SMT for electronic products with a manufacturing capacity allowing to assemble over 40 components mounted on the surface)
• Dispensing equipment (Liquid dispensing equipment with one or several components for increasing the products’ level of protection (IP)
• Equipment for welding and lighting device manufacturing
• 2000x electronic microscopes for rigorous examination of LED welding processes and examination of LED crystals – Laboratory with such testing and measurement equipment for determining lumen, efficiency factor, color temperature, color rendering index, power, and voltage . Using goniophotometric devices for LEDs, such measurements as light intensity distribution and the angle of the LED chips are possible. Luminosity, homogeneity of luminosity, and color properties are assessed using brightness measuring equipment.
