On May 10, 2023, the Tekwill ICT Excellence Center hosted the 12th edition of the International Student Competition “Microelectronic Systems Engineering – SERGIU RĂDĂUțAN”. The event was organized by the Technical University of Moldova, Faculty of Computing, Informatics and Microelectronics, Department of Microelectronics and Biomedical Engineering, and brought together teams of students passionate about the field of microelectronic systems and biomedical engineering.
Over the course of the 12 editions, the International Student Competition “Microelectronic Systems Engineering – Sergiu Rădăuțan” aimed to develop the skills of young people in the development of applications in the field of microelectronic systems, robotics, systems and applications with microcontrollers, biomedical devices and many others. At the same time, the contest promoted the direct involvement of students in the alternative educational act, encouraging initiative, application and implementation of acquired knowledge.
