On the 19th of September, took place the HR Workshop, organized by the Moldova Electronics Association ACEM in partnership with Invest Moldova Agency.

Human resources are the essential foundation for the success of organisations.
To address increasingly complex challenges and keep pace with the rapidly changing modern world, HR professionals work hard to find best practices and develop strong skills in this vital area.

During the workshop, the most current topics in human resources related to the electronic sector were addressed.

🔶Aurelia Florea, Organizational Development and People Experience Director from Miele Technica, Romania, keynote speaker, shared his experience in the field of HR, the strategies in education, corporate culture development and HR strategy in preparing for the future of 2030.

🔷 Within the panel ”Staff Retention and Corporate Culture” Ruslan Cunup, Director, and Clementina Sărăteanu, Head of the HR Department of Steinel Electronic presented the best practices implemented in the company to stop staff turnover.

🔷 Furthermore, Rodion Citac, Head of the HR department of Magnetec Components SRL in addition to the fact that he presented the solutions implemented by the company to retain personnel, carried out a practical exercise with the participants, to demonstrate how important is the correct approach to personnel in a collective.

🔶 Liudmila Stihi, VET Adviser – Vocational Education and Training (VET) at GIZ Moldova talked about the importance of DUAL Education and came up with a practical exercise for companies to identify the future professions necessary in the sector.

🔷 Last but not least, Doru Curoșu, HR Specialist, CAMELOT Partners SRL, shared with the participants mechanisms for attracting talents to the company, factors that influence recruitment in the company and, also, realized study cases and practical exercises that helped participants understand better the topics.
