ACEM is present at the EMS & PCB Forum, held in Bonn, Germany – an international reference event dedicated to the electronics industry and its sub-sectors, such as EMS and printed circuit board (PCB) production. The forum brings together over 160 high-level representatives (C-level) of electronics companies from around the world, providing a relevant framework for strategic debates and the exchange of best practices.
Among the central themes of the conference are the current crisis in manufacturing, industry statistics and the increasingly important role of electronics manufacturing in the defense sector. These topics reflect the current challenges and opportunities in the field.
A key moment of the forum was the announcement of the rebranding of the international certification organization IPC, which becomes the Global Electronics Association. The new identity aims to strengthen collaboration at a global level and promote a common vision for the development of the electronics industry.
ACEM is represented at the event by Elena Maevski, Executive Director, and Gheorghe Ghirjev, ACEM Board Member and Founder & CEO of BSW TECH.
ACEM expresses its appreciation to the event organizer, Dieter G. Weiss, for his valuable contribution to the development of the European electronics industry and for including the Republic of Moldova in this professional community.
This activity is supported by the “Strong Businesses and Communities for Moldova” project, financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (#BMZ) and Swiss Government, implemented by GIZ Moldova.
