Inauguration of the First Made-In-Moldova Bus: A New Era in Sustainable Urban Transport
The Technical-Scientific Enterprise Informbusiness S.R.L, one year after the launch of the investment project for the production of electric buses in the Republic of Moldova, within the first edition of Moldova Electronics Forum, inaugurates the first Electric Bus Made in Moldova.

The Made in Moldova Bus is the result of major efforts of Informbusiness engineers and technicians, who worked hard to develop a new solution in the development of modern, eco-friendly transport, adapted to the new requirements of our society.
Since the 2000s, starting with the production of electronic power equipment for trolleybuses, buses and trams, Informbusiness has followed an impressive development path, accumulating the necessary experience to launch the public transport development project.
Informbusiness is the only company in the Republic of Moldova that owns VIN code for urban transport production. The inauguration of the bus takes place in the commune of Măgdăcești, in the temporary production space of the company, as the company is in the process of building the production plant for urban electric transport in the commune of Trușeni.
The interactive format of the event ensured an open dialogue between the participants and highlighted the prospects for urban transport development in Moldova.
The event was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Dorin Recean, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Digitization, Dumitru Alaiba, Minister of Energy Victor Parlicov, Deputy Director General of the Investment Agency “Invest Moldova”, Mr. Ion Iordachi, who encouraged the development of urban transport and highlighted the development of technological products with added value.
Electric buses are an innovative alternative to diesel or petrol vehicles, making a significant contribution to reducing pollutant emissions and improving air quality in urban areas.
The inauguration of the first bus manufactured in Moldova marks a significant moment in the sustainable industrial development of the country. This achievement not only encourages local innovation but also underlines Moldova’s commitment to another form of environmentally friendly transport.
