Members of the Association of Electronics Companies in Moldovan met at the General Assembly 2022.

On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, ACEM members met at the General Assembly, an event organized at Tekwill, Chisinau. The General Assembly is the best opportunity for members and partners to have an overview of ACEM’s activities and priorities.

The President of ACEM opened the meeting, Mr Vitalie Eșanu, who came with a message of greeting and thanks addressed to ACEM members and Strategic Partners, GIZ MEPA, present at the event.

At the same time, Mr. Vitalie Eșanu presented to the members the activity report of the association starting with 2020 – present: “ACEM has developed with small but sure steps, today becoming an association with 20 members, including 5 educational institutions”. “During this period we managed to promote our image and the electronics industry in Moldova both nationally and internationally. ACEM has participated in several fairs and seminars, such as: Productronica 2021, EMS TAG (2020,2021) and IPC day held in Estonia. ACEM, during this time, has signed Memorandums of Cooperations with in4ma, the Estonian Electronics Industry Association. ” mentioned Mr. Eșanu.

Mr. NICU Roman, Censor ACEM presented to the members the financial report for the period 2020-2022, mentioning: “Within the Association, a Local Subsidy project financed by GIZ MEPA was implemented, which had a significant impact for the development of ACEM. We would like to thank our partners for their support in this regard. “

Therefore, the members proceeded to the unanimous adoption of the activity reports of the President and the Censor of ACEM.

At the 2022 General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Censor and the President of ACEM were re-elected.

Thus, the members of ACEM voted for the new members appointed for the positions in the Board of Directors and Censor for the next 2 years (2022-2024):

  2. Ruslan Cunup, Director Steinel Electronic S.R.L.
  3. Vitalie Eșanu, Director of ÎTȘ Informbusiness S.R.L.
  4. Roman Nicu, Technical Director of AFN S.R.L.
  5. Mihai Gorgos, Director of Arobs Software S.R.L.

Andrei Novacov, Executive Director of ELEKTROMANUFACTURING S.R.L, was elected Censor.

At the proposal of Prof. Victor Șontea, the Director of ÎTȘ Informbusiness S.R.L Vitalie Eșanu, was re-elected by the members of ACEM for the next two years as President of the Association.
